Finally tried El Huarachon food truck in Apple Valley. I had the Quesabirria Tacos and they were amazing! I will definitely be back to try more options in the future!

The carne asada tacos and fries are delicious. Just be careful if you order your fries with onions. They put a lot of onions on my fries, but they tasted good. Overall, I was happy with the food...

We went to the Hesperia Farmers Market and decided to get a few tacos and a Mulita from a food truck that was there......and OMG, they were so good!!! My hubby says it the best Al Pastor tacos...
