Established in May 1962, El Dorado Hills Community Services District is a recreation center. Established in 1976, the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Sacramento is a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of services. It works in partnership with private organizations and agencies to serve individuals and families. The Child Abuse Prevention Council s child death review team reviews the mortality rate of children under the of age 15 in Sacramento County, Calif. The organization s services include child protection system assessment, in-home support, substance abuse coalition and children's embassy planning. Additionally, it arranges general awareness programs for the public on various issues relating to child abuse and neglect. The Child Abuse Prevention Council of Sacramento is located in North Highlands, Calif.
