El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiujitsu (EDHBJJ) began to enrich the health, fitness, and awareness of the community through martial arts.

El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (EDHBJJ) promotes health and fitness through martial arts. The instructors have a passion for sharing their knowledge on the mat, and in turn the students are always trying to help one another out by learning and teaching each other. Whether you want to learn Self-defense, get and stay in great shape, compete in local/ national/ international tournaments, or just associate with positive and encouraging people, we would love to see you here. In addition to our traditional Brazilian Jiujitsu classes (BJJ), we also offer no-gi grappling. In addition to learning martial arts, we emphasize developing a strong self. This is done through our weekly emails, youtube videos, blog postings, and mat chats. Since fitness is our specialty, we often have visiting lecturers come in to talk about nutrition, fitness tips, and tips on living a healthier you!
