What a joke of a business. Their competitor has a high security ultra clean modern lab and diamond museum and about a 5 week waiting period. EGL is only 1 week but its like visiting a sweatshop....

Excellent and fast service+ accurate grading. I came in to their. offices and although their lobby could use an upgrade the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
