Edible Love Chocolates

History

It all started many years ago when a friend watched my cat and apartment while I was away traveling. When I came back, I handed her my favorite cookbook and offered to make something from it. Of course, she picked a dessert -- and it turned out GREAT. And from then on I realized that I could easily make desserts and trade them for services from my friends. Eventually I wondered how difficult it would be to make chocolates, so I found a recipe and started bringing chocolates to events, giving them away for the simple joy of seeing people enjoy them deeply, sometimes sharing them, sometimes keeping them for themselves. When I lost my job in 2003, I decided to jump into chocolate making and turn this hobby into a business where I both get to enjoy being the mad scientist in the kitchen and the outgoing fun modertn willy wonka character out in the world! :D
