Every Friday night for over 14 years Dance Jam has offered an exclusive dance experience for those who love to dance. Dance Jam is the ecstatic dance of the Monterey area. It offers a rich and diverse opportunity to dance, to play, to express, to connect, to relax, or to just be. The music is inspired by the DJ of the week, with a range of rhythms, tempos, and beats to move you! Live music is offered every few months. First-time is free (except for special events). Dance Jam is your opportunity to connect with other free-spirited dancers of the Monterey area. Wear comfortable clothes, be prepared to dance without shoes, bring plenty of water, and get ready for a fabulous workout.

Dance Jam Pacific Grove is an ecstatic dance serving the greater Monterey Bay area. A space to dance, with or without partners, in a freestyle manner, to a wide range of lively, danceable music inspired by guest DJs and occasional live music. It is smoke-free, alcohol-free and definitely family friendly! All ages are welcome! Transform your energy: rejoice, relax, release, recharge. A fun dance for healthy lifestyles!
