"Eco"-grounds--DON'T BELIEVE IT!--they would not put coffee in my reusable coffee thermos--not exactly eco-friendly in my book.

Cheap, rude and not too bright. I suppose they are a monopoly since there's not too many coffee places in the convention center. Also the owner must be very cheap. I asked for a cup of hot water...
