Groupon, Living Social and Negative Yelp Reviews Eco Green began on the premise that some chemicals used to clean were being banned & unsafe cleaning products should not be used. Eco Green made the switch from Phosphate and Petroleum based products to all natural Enzymes and Citrus based products. In September 2010, Eco Green was the FIRST company to run a Carpet Cleaning Deal in OC. Living Social sold 54 vouchers. In December it jumped to 250. In April 2011, Eco Green sold 880 vouchers in 1 day and over 2,000 in a year. Eco Green was happy to offer a great deal, but the volume of clients made it impossible to answer or return every call. Our apologies. Additional Fees 70% of the Clients did not have to pay more. 95% of the Clients understood that Heavy soil, Pet Stains or Stairs would cost more. Sadly, many reviewers (clients) who were new to Groupons, and never had their carpets cleaned, were upset that anything cost more at all. We attempted to do the best we could.

Wish I could give them 5 NEGATIVE STARS!! This is the shadiest, worst company of all time. My parents hired them to do a job and when the cleaner got there he tried to jack the price up by $50....
