I've had some issues living in this complex but today I had a meeting with Sam in the leasing office and he's the greatest. He made me feel like he was on my side and was very helpful

DONT MOVE IN! This is the worst apartment... It's very dirty and full of rats, Until you didn't signed the contract. everything is fine and they treat you politely....
