Citizens for East Shore Parks (CESP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a network of shoreline parks along the East Bay shoreline in Emeryville, California. With a mission to conserve natural resources, protect wildlife habitat, and provide public access to open spaces, CESP has been actively involved in advocating for the expansion and completion of McLaughlin Eastshore State Park, as well as establishing a resilient shoreline to address the effects of climate change.
