Lines can be bad at times!!! Parking is okay but very hard to exit the lot. Located on the corner of Daly and Broadway.... Customer service is alright but can improve!!!! It is just an Okay...

Since management change the lines are super long and there are no more bilingual tellers. On Saturdays, the lines are super long with only 3 windows opened. 2 Asian tellers and one Hispanic. This...
