East Bay Municipal Utility District is a publicly owned utility formed under the Municipal Utility District Act passed by the California Legislature in 1921. The act permits formation of multipurpose government agencies to provide public services on a regional basis. In accordance with the act s provisions, voters created East Bay Municipal Utility District in 1923 to offer water services. The utility supplies water, as well as provides wastewater treatment for parts of Alameda and Contra Costa counties on the eastern side of San Francisco Bay in northern California. East Bay Municipal Utility District maintains its headquarters in Oakland, Calif.

just turned off my water. it is actually my roommates who passed away. they would not change service to my name and now cut off the water service. how does that help. god does not like...
