We offer yoga classes throughout the week in lovely Lafayette, CA. Our classes include Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Teen and Tween, Yoga for Athletes and more. During the warmer months we offer offsite SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga! All of our teachers are certified and experienced instructors. We are always thankful for client feedback.
