Our Philosophy: Early Childhood Learning offers an infant, toddler and pre-school program. We provide quality care in a fun, loving, caring, and learning environment. We offer daily activities so that children will have hands-on experiences. We engage children to learn through play with a variety of fun activities to help them grow and develop to their full potential. I believe as an educator it is our duty to go above and beyond safety, love and respect. We, as educators, should strive to create an environment that is fulfilling, enriching and supporting of all possible learning and growing opportunities. Special Services: Our program offers an outstanding immersion program such as Music Class, Spanish Development, Art Classes, daily story telling and much more. Quality Teachers: Our children in our care are very happy children. We have a beautiful and loving childcare program with professional loving teachers with years of experience. I believe that a quality teacher never sits back with ease and accepts that there is no more room for improvement. No matter how wonderful the program is, or how well trained the teacher is, there is always more that can be done. A quality teacher constantly evaluates their program. A quality teacher is also never finished learning about their work. Everyday we learn through experience, but it is also our responsibility to stay current on issues relating to child care and development, by attending conferences, joining groups, reading ect
