Founded in 1958, Earl Warren Showgrounds is a multiuse property that includes an equestrian arena, as well as livestock facilities. It also has a more than 20,000-square-foot exhibit hall, offtrack horse racing facility, reception garden and parking lot. The showground is managed by the 19th District Agricultural Association, which is a statutorily created agency of the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the Division of Fairs and Expositions. Earl Warren Showgrounds is located in Santa Barbara, Calif.
