Eagleforce Robotics
EagleForce Robotics, founded in 2007 by engineering teacher Michael Young at Pleasant Grove High School, is a dedicated FIRST Robotics Competition team based in Elk Grove, California. With a membership that has grown to 30-40 students, the team aims to cultivate a passion for STEM education through engaging, mentor-based programs that enhance skills in engineering, technology, and business.
The team operates with a structured approach, featuring specialized groups such as the Business, Mechanical, Programming, and Electrical teams, all crucial for the successful design and operation of their competition robot. Supported by sponsors and community outreach, EagleForce Robotics has participated in 15 competitive seasons, fostering self-confidence, problem-solving abilities, and leadership among its members.
