I have been trying to cancel an order (I have NOT sent the frames NOR has any clip been made for me) and these folks simply do not respond to my inquiry requesting a cancellation and refund.

I lost my e-clip sunglass and needed another. I have Kaiser insurance and they said they would have to send my glasses in to get the e-clip made...depriving me of improved vision during that...

What a great service. I got the standard eclips 3 model and they are a big improvement from the only other custom clip ons place I found (place in LA that asks you to scan your frames).
