Dynamic Dance and Fitness opened July 2, 2011 under the direction of Doris Perez, Offering Zumba classes everyday. Your first Zumba class is FREE! Zumba instructors Doris and Patricia also sisters offer classes filled with lots of energy. Dynamic's Zumba classes are for all levels and all ages. You don't need any dance experience to start. One can burn up to 1,000 calories in 1hr. After your first free class its $5 drop ins or $40 for a 10 class punch card no expiration date on punch card. Dynamic also offers Hip Hop, Yoga, and Salsa/Bachata. Open to provide fun and affordable ways to stay in shape. Offering donations only Yoga classes. The #1 studio for Zumba classes. I love dancing at the class When I dance I forget all issues in life and allow the rhythm take control Love it and would recommend dancing at dynamic dance class for anyone who loves dancing
