Good place for baseball practice if you don't mind navigating homeless and heroin addicts. Playground is modern and safe for play but I would suggest checking the area for hypodermic needles...

Been here plenty of times to use the equipment for pull ups and the like, that part of the park is fine. The soccer field was wonderful, well kept, or so i thought 30 minutes into my training....
