The new people at this Grass Valley location are so bad I have Ben so patient and they just don't get it at all 4 days in a row drink wrong and so so slow hope they can get it together soon...

As per usual dutch brothers doesn't care about customers. Selfish and not ashamed to ask for a tip. It's too bad because coffee is amazing. Service sucks at each location. Just spent 1 min venting.

Absolutely amazing people work at this Dutch bros. Very friendly, energetic, and polite every time I come! Place is always kept clean in, my order is usually under 5 mins unless it's piled up then...
