They are bad here. I ordered half caffeine and she told me they don't do that even though I've ordered here before with no issue. Viviana is the one who serviced me. The inconsistency is not good.

The Walmart of coffee and the issue is the workers. I guess attitudes and incompetence is a requirement for jobs here. The girl at the register had no clue what an iced coffee was, how it was made...
