Scheduled an appointment, ended up no show so I called and they gave all kinds of excuses. Duane the 'service manager' was supposed to call back to reschedule and I waited, so called back again...

I had a leak behind some ductwork and they came out and helped me the same day. They then came back and replaced the ductwork making it better than before. I would use them again in the future.
