Duality Mental Health

Duality Mental Health provides comprehensive, outpatient psychiatric and mental health care. Olga Jackson, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, and Adarius Jackson, MSW, LCSW, make mental health care accessible by offering face-to-face visits in person at the office in Murrieta, California, and through the convenience of telepsychiatry. The caring team welcomes people aged 12 and older who are facing life challenges and struggling with mental health disorders. Their services include initial psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and talk therapy. They work closely with each person, defining goals and personalizing treatment.
