History

The Victorian home was originally built in 1904 & the Spanish home was built in 1938 by the daughter of the lady, Katherine Kohn, who built the former home. She had originally built a barn on the later property, out of which she ran a Livery & Feed Stable. We bought the first home in '93 & the Spanish home in 2003. The Victorian home had previously been a Bed & Breakfast by 3 other couples, a boarding house for many years & a private, family home in the beginning.

Specialties

With 2 adjacent, historic homes in downtown Mt. Shasta City, CA, we are a Bed & Breakfast on the base of the mountain. For complete info go to our web site at www.dreaminnmtshastacity.com
