HistoryIn 2017, I decided to launch my own psychotherapy office after 15 years of practicing in various outpatient settings. Since 2002, I have served children, teens, college students, adults, couples, families and the elderly. I have experience in mediation, school counseling and as a clinician at the UC Davis Employee Assistance Program, serving faculty, staff and students. I have been a therapist to children and families in the foster care, juvenile justice and children's mental health systems. I am currently a medical social worker and clinical supervisor for a local hospice and home heath agency. I was also their bereavement program coordinator from 2013 to 2017 providing grief counseling to a variety of clients.SpecialtiesI work with children, teens, college students, adults, couples, families facing a variety of life challenges. My goal is that your experience in psychotherapy be a transformative one that helps you move towards a sense of hope, harmony and healing. I also provide clinical supervision to interns working towards their hours for licensure. My cozy office is conveniently located in the heart of San Luis Obispo with easy access from most anywhere in SLO county.
