I am SUPER healthcare anxious and avoid it to my own detriment. Like, I get panic attacks in waiting rooms kinda thing. I didn't tell anyone at Dr. Chambers's office this, but it's like they knew....

Horrible. Doctor didn't examine me at all, just made an assumption and wrote me a prescription. Told me to see a specialist in 2 weeks if symptoms did not subside.
