I specialize in helping clients find relief through developing fresh creative visions of themselves and strengthening attachments and in their key relationships. I have a successful practice spanning twenty plus years of experience as a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and Board Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health. I have advanced training in Couple Therapy from the “Couple Institute.” I am also a member of the Association for Play Therapy with advanced education in Child & Adolescent Play Therapy. My office is in close proximity to major freeways and public transportation route.
