HistoryIn the early 2004 Dr. Cordero was a personal trainer at Eastlake La Fitness. He began to expand his knowledge by getting his RKC (kettlebell) certification and teaching kettlebell classes at Iron Core, Pacific Coast Kettlebell and a guest instructor at Revolution Fitness. Along Dr. Cordero's journey he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Olympic Weightlifting certified, Functional Movement Screen certified, and was training and coaching moms, weekend warriors, endurance athletes and high school athletes. He then expanded his education by going to chiropractic school in Whittier Ca. Dr. Cordero has studied and learned from some of the great movement professors, doctors, and coaches.
