We were here a few years ago. It's a beautiful monument commemorating a sad and disastrous event that has been a part of California history. Parking is $10. But that's for a day long visit....

This monument is located right next to the museum. You need to pay to park. They have a very short path to walk around near the monument. I appreciated the history.
