History

Don-Em Travel was started by President's Steamship people who took early retirement and established the agency. The line sailed commercially to the South Pacific and the agency was one of the first to arrange leisure travel down under. They had special expertise with ships and became a premier cruising agency, both traditions we continue today. Current owner has worked with luxury travel in the South Pacific, Europe, Africa and Asia. We have been fortunate to travel extensively and can offer first hand advice for your leisure travel. We have arranged many honeymoons and family trips to Hawaii, Mexico and points across the globe. A relative new endeavor are group wine and food cruises and we are on a run with successful ones. We currently are affilitated with FROSCH travel which brings our clients the benefits of an organization that books significant numbers and is valued and rewarded with perks by our suppliers.

Specialties

We specialize in leisure travel arrangements. Preferred agent for luxury cruising 4 Regent, Seabourn, Silversea, Oceania and Crystal; Holland America, Princess, Cunard, Azamara and Royal Caribbean. We love to book river cruises with Uniworld, AMA, Viking and small ship operations with Tauck and Avalon. We have 25+ years experience as destination specialist with independent and escorted tours to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti and The Cooks. We have lived in Europe and arrange worldwide indepdent and escorted tours thru Tauck, Globus, Brendan, Trafalgar in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, add packages to Danube, Rhine, Elbe and Douro Rivers as well as French and Italian river experiences. We have preferred status with luxury hotel chains Four Seasons, Langham, Ritz Carlton, Orient Express, Marriott, Rosewood and Starwood.
