My delivery took over an hour (driver had 4-5 deliveries). Pizza was burnt and cold. Half my order was missing.

Forgot multiple items and was told the store could maybe give me a refund...not to even mention the pizza wasn't even cut...just a extremely disappointing experience.

They have an off site call center answering their calls now .. pizza came with 1 hr of call and on a timely matter. Everything was fresh and hot and flavorful.

I just order a simple order two pizzas for take out the driver Alex basically said that the gave them the wrong pizza which we know that the driver picks up the pizza and takes a while to deliver...
