Dominguez Elementary is a learning center that is a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, which serves more than 694,200 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. Established in 1909, school educates over 690 students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides education in English, social science, mathematics and science. The school offers Title 1 and English as a Second Language programs. Dominguez Elementary also conducts behavioral modification and dug awareness sessions. The school operates a parent-teacher-student association and school advisory council. Its staff includes psychologists, nurses and social workers. Dominguez Elementary is located in Carson, Calif.
