Domenico's philosophy has always stayed the same; simply to seek out the best possible ingredients and make the highest quality sandwiches. This meant hand picking product from top local purveyors. All the sandwiches are made from fresh bread delivered daily from several Bay Area artisan bakeries. In 2003, they opened Domenico's Cafe next door and modeled it after the gelaterias in Italy.
