We formed Dole Properties, LLC in 2009. Our founder Mr. Gordon T. Dole began buying and renting houses many years ago and it was his hobby. He liked providing working class people with affordable housing. He was famous in the Oildale Community. Most people loved and respected Gordon and were thankful that he gave them a change to rent from him multiple times. We have had many of our renters for many years and they often upgrade to larger properties as their families grow and sometimes they downsize as their children grow up and move into one of our houses as their first place. We pride ourselves on keeping up with the traditions that Gordon wanted and worked hard for 7 days a week.

I love dole properties. We've been renting from them for about 7 years or so. Movte once but to another house owned by dole properties. If we move again, I think we'll stick with this company.

Dole Properties, LLC is an amazing company to rent from. I have lived in 3 of their homes and have never had any problems! Love love love them!!!!!
