Dog Day LA is owned and operated by Dan Tracy who ran Dog Day Afternoon, a successful pet care business in Baltimore for many years. Upon moving to LA in 2013, he established Dog Day LA so he could continue doing what he does best...lovin' on your pets!

Spending time with animals is our passion which is why we choose to do it day in and day out. We believe that a pet care business isn't about how many clients we can see in a day or how much money we make--it's about caring for your pet as you would so that you don't have to worry about your furry babies when you're not with them. We don't do large pack walks and you won't have a different walker coming in to your home every day. Individualized attention at a reasonable price is what sets us apart. Dog Day LA is locally owned and operated by Dan Tracy and staffed with true animal lovers. We promise to love your animals like our own, to care for them just as you would, and to keep them safe and happy. Our services include dog walks, cat visits, puppy playtime and in-home pet care and we service downtown Los Angeles (Historic Core, Bunker Hill, Jewelry District, Arts District, Financial District, South Park).
