Our philosophy has always been that good winemaking begins in the vineyard. With meticulous care and cultivation we produce intense, rich fruit that truly expresses our commitment towards making world class wines. At Doffo Winery, we prune our vines and thin our grape clusters throughout the growing season to maximize fruit concentration and insure the highest quality in our grapes.

At Doffo Winery our focus is on producing small lot, hand crafted wines that represent some of the best varietals in the Temecula Valley wine growing region. We strive to create intensely flavored wines of complex structure, texture and bold, rich fruit. The unique micro climate and our care for the wine at our small family vineyard is reflected in our wines.

This review is for the country music concert hosted at the winery, and perform by Vegas McGraw - Tim Mcgraw tribute band. Although I'm not a huge country music fan, I really enjoyed the concert....

Wow! The wine we tried at Doffo was excellent. Truly each one we tried was complex but so easy to sip on. We also really appreciated the space- it was beautiful and unique with a tasting room...

Reds are good. Zin was the best. Didn't try the food. Cool events ie) murder mystery dinner. Owners are Argentinian
