History

3/16/2020 update To protect the health of our team, our guests and all of our SF neighbors, we have made the difficult decision to close temporarily starting Monday, March 16. We will closely monitor the situation to assess when to re-open. We treasure our opportunity to be a community gathering place and look forward to seeing you again. Stay well, and thank you for your support. Our restaurant grew out of Alex's love for cooking and sharing great food, especially food that reminds us of his home (Inner Mongolia in China). The name DNM represents what we love most about Inner Mongolia--big heart and big flavor. Eating hot pot is one of our favorite food memories from our years in China, and we can't wait to share the love and flavor with you! -Lorraine and Alex

Our goal is to share authentic Inner Mongolian flavors with Bay Area food-lovers. All our hot pot broths and dipping sauces are made in-house, and we use the freshest ingredients to give you a unique DIY experience. We also offer authentic Inner Mongolian BBQ (lamb) and many vegetarian and vegan options.
