So happy that this one worked for replacing my mom's stolen license. The one in Mission Viejo didn't work, so I didn't have high expectations. Very pleased to get it done with no line.

Currently not in service hasn't been for a couple weeks. Super disappointing because not everyone can get time off for the DMV and it's closed on weekends

Drivers license renewal/ self service not available. Once you enter Ralphs, its available in the front of the store.

Fast and easy. Definitely beats going to the DMV for small task such as vehicle registration renewal. Also beats going online and WAITING for your registration in the mail. You get it AT the kiosk...
