The company established its claims administration division to specialize in the handling of claims for private passenger auto programs, general liability programs and claims handling for self-insured companies and public entities. Located in nearly 20 offices throughout California, DMA Claims Services is one of the largest independent adjusting firms in the state. Beyond California, the company has established offices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, Illinois, Missouri and Michigan. DMA Claims Services was founded in Los Angeles in 1979.
