History

Dennis Duban formed Duban Accountancy in 1979 to offer tax and accounting expertise to individuals and businesses. He expanded the firm to its current location in 1984 upon acquiring the office building that is now home to the firm and affiliated businesses. The building is now known as the Dennis L. Duban Building, located at 4250 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90010
