DK Construction Services was established in 2009 by Debra Kay Thelen. In 2011 DK became registered as an SBE, EDWOSB. Debra is a Licensed California General Contractor with over 16 years' experience in the construction industry. DK has experience in the following; construction litigation visual forensic site inspection project management risk management Throughout the years DK has been a Superintendent for repairs and reconstruction of multi-million dollar homes including; mold remediation repair methodology reports reports of findings destructive testing investigations documentation of existing buildings site conditions using photography notes, and sketches As a forensic field inspector DK has reviewed and analyzed; construction drawings contracts documents CA Type V construction design and forensic architecture
