History
Chef Gene incorporated Divoon Dining in 2006 as a catering and personal chef service. His many client testimonials are from actors, writers and directors, film festivals, art exhibitions, and business professionals. When he's not catering, Chef Gene presents cooking demonstrations at food shows and conventions. He has been featured in magazine articles about being a personal chef and caterer in Newport Beach and Orange County. Chef Gene is also a food writer and created About.com's Meat and Wild Game Cooking website and published hundreds of recipes, interviews, cookbook reviews and blog posts about food trends.
