DIVE CALIFORNIA is owned and operated by German native Michael Timm and offers services such as guided SCUBA & Snorkel-Tours as well as a variety of Scuba & Freediving courses through PADI & SSI. Whether you looking to explore the beauty of the La Jolla kelp forest with its diverse marine life at the La Jolla Cove like the playful Harbor Seals, Sea Lions, crevices filled with Spiny Lobsters, Nudi Branchs, the protected Giant Black Sea Bass, Sting Rays, the diving Cormorants and of course our California State fish the bright orange Garibaldi. The La Jolla Reserve also serves as a shelter for other numerous species, including the spotted Leopard Shark, Seven Gill Sharks, Tope Sharks, Bat-Rays, Dolphins, and migrating Whales that visit the La Jolla Underwater Park seasonally. We also offer private tours for the seasoned underwater photographer or videographer that is seeking for a more intimate time with an experienced and patient dive guide without the interruption of other divers.
