This particular branch is in Monterey hgwy. We called in for an appointment the day before and they sat us down on time, however, they mentioned to us that they were short staffed by three people....

Highly recommend they always do a great job!! Rose did my nails today, highly recommend. Very friendly and they always have great customer service.
