So much for "Customer Support" after the sale. There is no $%#@ way I'm paying $500.00 for a realignment on a dish that can't find a signal. Keep that in mind when you want to switch to Direct TV....

I would have given 0 stars but It wasn't offered. Probably the worst customer service anyone could ever imagine . Be prepared for the following Minimum time on phone 40 minutes 80 percent chance...

These people will call and email everyday asking if you want direct TV and and they will keep calling and emailing every day even if you say you're not interested.
