The one star is for the front office staff. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of dumb high school girls. They have no drive or concern for patients....

Worst customer service ever. Doesn't pick up the phone & goes straight to voicemail. Went to quest lab diagnostics TWICE to get lab work done just to find out that they didn't fax my information...
