History

Desiree Niegsch always had a draw toward beauty. Before being involved in the industry, she worked in fashion, but always knew the season's beauty trends, and how to perfect a look tying in makeup with fashion. She learned that doing makeup was a passion of hers, and started to work at Benefit Cosmetics in 2013 in New York City. She then took her career to San Francisco, where she had previously lived. She left Benefit to pursue her own business, starting to do makeup for eCommerce sites, weddings, and special events. She then also took her artistry skills to Nars Cosmetics, where she currently works as a freelance makeup artist and has been able to further her knowledge as an artist. Desiree is available to be booked for weddings, special events, lessons (single or group), editorial, and commercial work.

From her experience at both Benefit Cosmetics and Nars Cosmetics, she has been a believer in making clients feel and look like the best versions of themselves. She has a talent for perfecting complexions and brows. Her makeup kit includes an array of different luxury brands, allowing a more curated experience. Desiree offers luxury airbrush makeup- which is highly recommended for weddings, as it is waterproof and 24-hr wear.
