Chef Hollyfield started his career at a young age helping in his family owed restaurant in the inner city of Compton, CA. His grandmother, Madia, was a Southern Queen in the kitchen. This is where Chef Hollyfield learned family recipes such as homemade banana pudding with macadamia nut, sweet potato cheesecakes, and not to mention her mouthwatering soul food dishes. And the specialty? Tri tip and ribs! You don't need teeth to eat Chef Holly's beef ribs because they're extraordinarily tender! Holly Q's Catering (also known as H & M Catering) offers a wide array of foods for your dining pleasures. We have provided catering for a group of 600 diners for FedEx' corporate events, as well as weddings for 200 plus guests. If you want a
