This is a cool spot. I really liked my Carmel latte. It is very pricey though. Not sure it's work $9 but it was very good. The barista did not seem very nice or welcoming.

$8 oat milk cappuccino. They have nice outdoor seats, parking and nice clothing. But overall, pricy and not good.
