Details of Sonoma, Inc. was started in 2005. We have been building the best contracting business possible ever since. We have a few rules: work with and for people we trust and enjoy; do the very best on every job and every task; Always and only tell the truth. We have been blessed to attract and retain fine employee's. We survived the great recession of 2008 - 2013. We have been growing and building our staff. Our customer service philosophy is to do these few things very well: 1) Listen to the client and make sure we understand what the client wants and needs are. 2) Confirm that we have a clear understanding of the clients needs, want's and constraints. 3) Educate the client as to the range of solutions / options that may meet their needs. 4) work closely with the client to develop a budget that fits their funding if at all possible. 5) Gain the clients approval to proceed with work. 6) Complete the work on schedule and at the budgeted amount.
